Culture15 – LentaSpace Customer Success

Culture15 have recently moved into LentaSpace’s Southwark location, The Foundry. They are a software development startup founded by thought leader and culture consultant Charlie Coode in 2021. Culture15 have built a SaaS Platform which provides practical insights and measurement of culture, at a behavioural level, with a goal of becoming the ‘go-to’ tool for cultural measurement.

Inspired by decades of real-world culture change experience, Culture15 provides users with actionable, accurate insights that relate directly to business challenges, which light the path from current reality to desired culture. Where traditionally, organisations focus on engagement by measuring subjective employee feelings, Culture15 enables business leaders to measure culture – described as collective behaviours – to provide insight into how ‘work gets done’ which ultimately determines business performance.

Culture15 enables users to effectively diagnose the culture they have, define the culture they want and then close the culture gap through clear strategy and direction.

Tell us about your team

We are a young, rapidly growing startup, with nine full-time and several part-time team members across customer success, sales, site development and marketing. As we work in the office every day, Monday to Friday,  it is crucial that our workspace offers both flexibility and collaboration.

Why did you choose LentaSpace to base your office?

We were previously in a leased space and when the lease ran out we looked around at other options throughout central London for quite a while.  We chose LentaSpace Southwark because it feels like a collaborative space and that suits us.  Plus it is also really close to transport links for all of the team to commute in easily and to travel to see clients.

What works for you about The Foundry?

Our office is great – we think it’s the nicest one in the building! – its modern and bright, with full length windows and direct access to the street.  We have made it home – with our logo and planning charts on the wall and our own coffee machine – so it feels comfortable.

We love the fact that there is a buzzy atmosphere around the building.  The café really adds to that and  the building team here organize great social events.  We loved the fizz and chocolates on Valentines Day and are looking forward to the upcoming events.

The location is great for us.  We go to local pubs like The Crown and The Stage Door for after work drinks, or walk over to Flat Iron on The Cut for dinner.

And the front desk team are always really helpful whenever we have a query (or have run out of stationery!), welcoming our guests and dropping in our post. The service feels polished.
