LentaSpace announces Tim Giles as new Managing Director

LentaSpace, the London flexible workspace operator, announces the appointment of Tim Giles as its new Managing Director. Tim brings over 30 years of experience in the flexible office sector to the role, notably at Argyll and Beaumont Offices, where he was COO from 2017 to 2023.

LentaSpace is one of the longest standing companies in the flexspace sector, established in 1981. The company manages a portfolio of 13 buildings across the capital, which it both owns and operates, offering serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual office services.

Of his new challenge, Tim Giles said, “I’m excited about this role. With such an established brand I see my remit as one of evolution, not revolution. I am looking forward to working with the team, meeting our clients and taking the business forward.”

Mark Gibbor will continue in his role as Chairman of LentaSpace and is looking forward to working closely with Tim in this new role.
