Tiggo Care – LentaSpace Customer Success

Tiggo Care is an award-winning provider of home care and live-in care services for adults living in London, who have been based at LentaSpace Putney since 2021. Their expert specialist team care for customers with many different health challenges including all types of dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, cancer, and Parkinson’s. They also support adults with learning disabilities and adults with physical disabilities, such as those caused by traumatic brain injuries and spinal injuries.

We spoke to Chris Williams, Managing Director and Founder of Tiggo Care, who started the business in 2021 after struggling to find appropriate care for his mother, who lives locally, with a rare disease.

Tell us about your team

We have a large team of carers who operate all over London but we have one central base and that’s our office at LentaSpace in Hyde Park House in Putney. Our office-based team includes myself, Deevi, who is our Registered Manager, and Micheline our Field Care Supervisor. Our carers also come to visit us quite regularly, so its great to have a flexible central space.

Why did you choose LentaSpace to base your office? What was important to your team?

We were looking for somewhere that was easy to get to by public transport but also in the heart of South West London, which is where the majority of our clients live. Hyde Park House is perfect because it’s easy to get to by bus, train and tube. There are also plenty of places nearby to get lunch or socialise after work. A popular favourite amongst the team is The Rocket where you can sit outside next to the river on the terrace.

Why have you stayed at LentaSpace? What works for you about the office?

At first we started with one small office but, two years later we have two larger offices plus a storage room at Hyde Park House. We’ve stayed here because the location is very easy for our carers to get to for training and supervisions. The building has also been recently refurbished, so the facilities are great. Sophie who works on the front desk is really helpful and goes the extra mile for everyone in the building.
