Greg Olczyk, the company’s Technical Director, has seen the relationship with LentaSpace St. Katharine Docks develop first-hand.  “We have been with LentaSpace for over 10 years and our business has grown continually, so it’s been great that each time we have needed more space, we have just upsized our office here, rather than move. We started with four people and now – five office moves later – we have 27 and are planning to grow up to 50 people, as more companies outsource their IT and we increase marketing activity.”

Location is important to the team, “The location is perfect for us as a business as it’s an easy commute – I use the DLR. Plus we are close to the city but, without the premium desk rates.  The area is perfect, with Pret a Manger across the street and St. Katharine Docks on the doorstep, with places to eat and meet after work.”

Greg believes that being in the office is key to team spirit.  “Although most of the team worked from home during the pandemic, we slowly brought people back in and by the end of August 2021 we brought everyone in. We feel that working together in the office is more efficient.  With the instant communication that takes place, problem solving, and project planning happens much quicker. Team spirit is better too.  We have also grown as a business through the pandemic and onboarding new staff members over video calls took twice as long as it usually would.”

The LentaSpace customer service ethic is also key to the team being happy The team here are absolutely brilliant and they are certainly one of the reasons we’re still here at St. Katharine Docks. Receptionist Natalja was here every day through the lockdowns, and we have frequent deliveries so it’s great to have someone on site to handle that for us.”
